That moment makes all the hard moments just fade away into oblivion, and that’s what I live for. I strive to make my clients’ a top priority, not just during the transaction but after the transaction, as well. I specialize in guiding my clients through the entire process, whether it’s a first-time homebuyer or it’s their 50th home. Each person and situation is completely different, so I conform to fit their needs.
Before I became a REALTOR®, I worked in the newspaper industry for 10 years as a copy editor, writer, editor and eventually designer. Those skills honed my eye for detail, which allows me to better serve my clients during the transaction, because details won’t be missed. I’m a believer that proper communication is the No. 1 component to a successful transaction; I would rather over communicate than under communicate. As my broker always says, “problems arise when expectations differ.”
