Kyle Hiscock is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with REMAX Realty Group and the lead agent behind Hiscock Homes, serving buyers and sellers throughout Greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes. A second-generation real estate professional, Kyle grew up around the business and joined full-time in 2013 after earning his license in 2011. His father, Keith Hiscock, began the family’s real estate legacy in 1987 and retired from active real estate sales in June 2026 after nearly 40 years serving Rochester-area clients. Today, Kyle continues that legacy with a modern, client-first approach built on preparation, communication, local market knowledge, and strong negotiation. Kyle has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers navigate the Rochester market and is known for direct guidance, detailed pricing strategy, professional listing marketing, and clear communication from the first conversation through closing. His marketing approach includes professional photography, video, compelling property copy, targeted digital exposure, and data-driven pricing designed to help listings stand out and attract serious buyers. In addition to his work with clients, Kyle is the publisher of Rochester Real Estate Blog, where he has written more than 150 local real estate guides since 2013. His goal is simple: help people make confident, informed decisions whether they are buying their first home, selling a long-time family property, relocating, downsizing, building new, or moving up into their next chapter. Kyle is a lifelong Western New Yorker, husband to Melissa, and dad to Mia and Cale. Outside of real estate, he enjoys golf, hockey, youth sports, and spending time with family throughout the Rochester community.
