Realtor
Hello! I have been in real estate since 2000, and really enjoy working with both buyers and sellers alike. I am a Full-Time Realtor. I focus mainly on Waukesha County, WI Real Estate, but I service nearby communities as well. I sincerely hope you will review my many client testimonials on my website www.kristinjohnston.com. I believe this is probably the best way of finding out who I am, my work ethic, personality, etc. Or, check out my Google and Zillow Reviews too! I am a Waukesha Buyer's Agent and have my ABR Designation (Accredited Buyer's Representative). I understand the market from a buyer's perspective and will look out for your interests. Only 2 % of all REALTORS are ABR designees! I also have my EPro designation. I am happy to say I am currently ranked #1 in Waukesha per Active Rain! My strong online presence and social media enable me to sell homes quickly! PLEASE ASK ME ABOUT MY GIVE BACK PROGRAM, WHERE I MAKE A CONTRIBUTION TO AN ANIMAL SHELTER (OR ANY NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION) IN YOUR NAME UPON CLOSING!!! Giving Back with Each Home Sold! Recipient of RE/MAX's 100% Awards, Executive Club Awards, and Hall of Fame Award I appreciate your referrals! Like my Facebook Business page at http://www.facebook.com/waukeshacountywirealestate.
