Hi! I’m Kris Nichols. I’ve been a licensed Realtor® since 1995 helping buyers, sellers, and investors find and purchase homes that fit their exact needs. To me, it’s incredibly rewarding to see buyers with closing-day smiles on their faces!
I’m originally from California and Colorado, but I also lived in New York before moving to Southwest Florida, so I relate to the desire to relocate.
