Hi, I'm Kristal Munoz, Realtor & Real Estate Expert at RE/MAX At The Crossing.
I would like to introduce myself as a bilingual real estate agent serving the Indianapolis area. I enjoy real estate because I find it exciting working with different people that have different backgrounds and learn from them greatly. I grew up in Central America, which enabled me to learn both the Spanish and English language fluently in addition to learning the culture.
After relocating to the United States, I went to Purdue University where I obtained my B.S. degree. While pursuing my degree, I also acquired my first rental property. Opportunities to purchase more property provided me with learning about Property Management. This was a learning experience in itself, which lead me to wanting to know more about real estate.
Real estate is exciting because it is finding the perfect house for each of my clients. I want to make my clients feel comfortable with me so that I can help them find the house to fit their needs. I, as their agent, feel it is my responsibility to guide them, answer their questions, and ensure they are satisfied with their new house. For Buyers, this means finding the "right" house and referring them to a loan officer. For Sellers this means negotiating the transaction and seeing that their expectations are met.
