As a resident of the Tri-Cities since 1980, Krista’s local expertise is considered an asset to her clients – both buyers and sellers. By forging strong relationships in the community with industry professionals, she assures that her clients’ transactions are handled as efficiently as possible. When problems do arise, she has the tools and resources to address those challenges and be an advocate for her clients. She is well-regarded by her colleagues and has created valuable working relationships with other professionals in the business, including title companies, attorneys, lenders and appraisers.
She has a home in Kennewick where her family enjoys relaxing and wine tasting, hiking, martial arts, painting, gardening and raising chickens and goats on her small acreage called Tumbleweed Farm.
