His expertise spans multiple asset classes, including retail centers, multifamily developments, hotels, office buildings, land development, gas stations and fuel distribution, warehouses, property portfolios, and luxury waterfront estates. Nick is also the co-founder of Dome Equities Inc., a development company he operates with his son Richard, focusing on high-end waterfront developments in Fort Lauderdale’s most prestigious neighborhoods.
