Kirsten Erickson, ABR, CRS, GRI - Life's Better at the Lake - Let's Find Yours! I began my real estate career in 1982 at just 19 years old, and more than four decades later, I still find joy in helping people discover the right place to call home. With over 44 years of experience in selling, managing, and closing real estate transactions, I’ve built my life around guiding clients through one of their most important decisions. As a Wisconsin native who grew up in Door County, I’ve always been drawn to the natural beauty and lifestyle of the Northwoods. In 2020, I joined the Julie Winter-Paez Group as a Buyer’s Agent, specializing in upscale lakefront properties. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of representing clients from executives and entrepreneurs to professional athletes, artists, and retirees, all seeking their perfect retreat. No matter who I work with, my clients trust me for my discretion, confidentiality, and ability to navigate even the most complex transactions with ease. Investing in a Northwoods lake home is about more than property — it’s about lifestyle, relaxation, family, and creating a retreat. That’s why I’m passionate about buyer representation. Real estate is often one of the largest investments a person will make, and I believe every client deserves a trusted advocate at their side. My role is to deliver a white-glove experience that ensures buyers feel confident, informed, and supported, while structuring deals that truly serve their best interests. For me, real estate has always been about more than transactions — it’s about building relationships, earning trust, and helping people achieve their dream of Northwoods lake living. I’m honored that many of my clients have shared their positive experiences through referrals and reviews, which I consider the highest compliment. Life's Better at the Lake — Let's find Yours!
