Kionna Sakhoeun
Residential Real Estate Broker
Kionna Sakhoeun is a residential real estate agent with RE/MAX Equity Group in Hillsboro, Oregon, serving the Washington County and northern Yamhill County communities — including Beaverton, Hillsboro, Bethany, Forest Grove, Sherwood, Tigard, and Newberg. Born and raised in Washington and now a proud Beaverton resident, Kionna didn't just move to the Portland Metro — she chose it. And that intentionality is at the heart of everything she does. She knows what it means to build a life somewhere, to put down roots, and to turn a house into a home and a neighborhood into a community. For Kionna, real estate has never been about square footage or commission checks. It's about people. It's about being the person someone trusts at one of the biggest crossroads of their life — and showing up worthy of that trust, every single time. She takes that responsibility seriously, and her clients feel it. A natural connector and community enthusiast, Kionna lights up exploring new neighborhoods, discovering local hidden gems, and sharing the best of what the Portland Metro has to offer. She brings that same energy to her clients — whether she's patiently walking a first-time buyer through every step of the process, helping a growing family find the space to write their next chapter, or helping an investor identify real opportunity in a competitive market. Her clients often say she makes them feel like family. That's not an accident — it's who she is. Kionna is deeply grateful to every client who places their trust in her, and she never forgets that behind every transaction is a dream, a milestone, or a future being built. She's here to help make it happen.
