- Kimmy Rizzo-Tota
Kimberly was born into a real estate family and knew from a very early age that she likely would be involved in the family business. She took real estate classes and worked in home-staging while attending Arizona State University. She received her license shortly after her move back to Chicago in 2008. She specializes in sales, rentals, and investment real estate and has a flair for design that is very helpful to her residential clients who want to find their dream home but have no idea how to furnish it. She has many satisfied clients as a result of her expertise in the design arena. Kimberly is known for her follow-through, communication skills, and impeccable attention to detail. She currently resides in Highland Park/Deerfield with her husband Dante, and their 2 little girls. While concentrating on working on the North Shore, she is also very knowledgeable about River North, South and West Loop neighborhoods as well. Kimberly is definitely your "go-to" specialist for Chicago residential real estate and investment property.
