I have been licensed for over 30 years with experience in Residential and Commercial sales and listings. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------* I own 4 fully furnished short term rental properties and can offer clients temporary housing during the transition into your new home! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I specialize in the Triad area and have had the pleasure to work with hundreds of clients offering top-notch service and expertise. A little about me on a personal level…I’ve lived in the Triad for 24 years and have been married for 35 years to Doug Weaver. I have two wonderful sons, Harrison & Jonathan. I also have license and experience in the mortgage industry so I’m able to offer knowledgeable assistance to my clients when needed. I work with investors, first time buyers, sellers and experienced buyers. I have worked in Commercial and Residential Real Estate as well as the Mortgage industry for 30+ years. I grew up outside of Raleigh and moved to Charlotte where I began a career in Commercial Real Estate. Upon relocating to the Winston area I made a switch into the Mortgage sector for 10 years before transitioning back into Residential Real Estate. I've equally enjoyed all facets of the business and look forward to sharing my knowledge and experience with you!
