Her desire to truly listen and educate results in clarity and confidence to those around her. Kim’s experience began with her own investment properties which she purchased, flipped, or kept as long-term rentals. She knows exactly how to get a house “market ready” and how to strategically price a house in order to get the most possible money in the shortest amount of time.
Kim and her high school sweetheart, Eddie, grew up in Montgomery County, MD where they have had the privilege of raising their 7 children. They love family, the sport of wrestling, vacations on the Eastern Shore and jogging with their Great Dane.
