Kim Clever brings over 35 years of sales experience and a passion for helping others together to offer her clients a different way (the ‘Clever’ way) when buying and selling real estate. Kim is a firm believer in continuously training and educating herself in industry-specific trends, conditions and technologies. Honesty, integrity, effective negotiating, and keen market knowledge are part of a vital skill set she holds in order to get you to the settlement table smoothly! By keeping herself accessible, being a good listener, communicator, and responding quickly to your needs allows her to offer her clients an advantage when navigating thru an emotional and complex experience.
She holds the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) accreditation and is an active member of the Maryland Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Frederick County Association of Realtors. Kim holds her license in both Maryland and Pennsylvania specializing in Frederick, Washington, Carroll, Howard, York, Adams, and Franklin Counties. Kim was born and raised in Maryland; has lived in Frederick County for over 45 years and holds a special fondness for the Northern part of the county.
When she’s not selling real estate, you can find her outdoors camping, hiking, backpacking, traveling, and working around her property located in the Catoctin Mountains. Kim also dedicates time to volunteer at her church and the local senior center.
