My buyers average a 96% purchase-to-list price ratio, while their homes have appraised at an average of more than 101% of their purchase price. I work with all types of homes and have a particular appreciation for Bucks County farmhouses, historic and character homes, and homes with acreage. I also bring personal experience investing in local real estate and a B.S. in Finance from Delaware Valley University.
