About Me
As a northern California native, I grew up in the country surrounded by almond orchards and tomato fields. I went to college to obtain an A.S. degree in Veterinary Technology, and worked as a licensed vet tech until after my husband and I had our first child. After “retiring” from animal medicine I was a stay at home mom, eventually homeschooling our two daughters.
From California, my husband and I moved to Oregon, and then to SW Washington where we lived for 12 years. Moving to Idaho was a dream of ours and when we got the chance to move here we took the leap!
I know moving is tough, and buying or selling a home can be intimidating. You want an agent who you trust and who will advocate for your best interest. Maybe, like me, you’re coming here from another area. I can help by sharing with you what I’ve learned through the process of choosing an agent, researching locations, moving, and settling in. Getting to know this area as a newcomer has given me a unique perspective on things like the local weather, the amenities available, and what it’s like to move from almost sea-level to over 4700 ft in elevation!
Throughout my life I’ve lived in the country, very small towns, medium and large cities. My family currently resides in Idaho Falls. We have absolutely fallen in love with this area.
I have a special place in my heart for military, veterans, and law enforcement. I met my husband while he was a firefighter in the Air Force. After his military time came to an end he became a deputy sheriff. He spent almost 13 years in law enforcement and is now embarking on a new career.
I enjoy the outdoors, spending time with my family (and dogs, cats, bunny, and five chickens). I am crazy about Jiu Jitsu (currently a purple belt) and have taught women’s and children’s classes.
Why am I a real estate agent? I combined my desire to serve people and my community with my love of houses. I get to help people acquire a house that they want to make a home.
