Kim Kreh is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth of Virginia and a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) through the National Apartment Association. Specializing in residential property management for investment properties, Kim is equally equipped to guide clients through buying, selling, renting, and investing throughout their real estate journey. Originally from the West Coast, Kim brings experience from both sunny California and the Mile High City of Denver, Colorado. She relocated to Lynchburg, Virginia in 2012 and offers more than 20 years of property management experience, along with 4 years of active real estate expertise. Kim began her career in property management in 2004 working in commercial multi-family housing and expanded into managing residential investment properties for individual owners in 2022. In 2025, she founded Kreh Management Group with a focus on delivering responsive, boutique-style property management tailored to each client's goals, properties, and long-term investment needs. With a lifelong passion for real estate and helping people find the perfect place to call home, Kim is committed to delivering knowledgeable guidance, strong communication, and exceptional service to every client she works with. When she’s not working or participating in her homeowners association, Kim enjoys spending time outdoors, soaking up the sunshine, and relaxing at home with her beloved fur babies.
