Kim DeGrande
Associate Broker
Kim DeGrande has been serving Colorado home buyers and sellers since 1992 and is widely known for her deep roots and long-standing commitment to the Roxborough community. With more than three decades of real estate experience, Kim has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and personalized service that puts her clients’ needs first. In 2011, Kim opened RE/MAX Edge in the Roxborough Safeway Center, where she successfully owned and operated the brokerage for 15 years. After guiding countless clients through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives and mentoring many agents along the way, Kim has transitioned to focusing fully on what she loves most—working directly with buyers and sellers and serving the community she has called home for more than 30 years. Kim continues her work with Team Edge at RE/MAX Synergy, alongside her daughter Angela and son Dominic, who work with her full-time to provide exceptional care and attention to every client. The team is also supported by Kim’s husband Rick and son-in-law Zach, who are well known in the community for helping neighbors and clients with everything from small projects to preparing homes for sale. Beyond real estate, Kim is deeply involved in community leadership and charitable initiatives throughout Roxborough. She has organized numerous local events and fundraisers, bringing neighbors together while supporting important causes and families in need. Kim believes that real estate is about far more than buying and selling homes—it’s about helping people find the right place to build their lives and creating strong communities along the way. Whether you are buying, selling, or simply exploring your options, Kim and Team Edge are committed to providing knowledgeable guidance, trusted advice, and exceptional service every step of the way.
