Realtor - Real Estate Professional
Since 1999, I have been advising and representing hundreds of clients and families in the Tri-State area. With over 25 years of experience and as a proud native of Philadelphia (City of Brotherly Love), I offer my clients in-depth knowledge, a wealth of resources, and an unique insight about our Delaware Valley market. I proudly take my role as a trusted Realtor in all earnestness, but who's to say business can not be enjoyable as well. You may have caught me in action on an episode of HGTV, Salsa dancing while helping my clients navigate through the stressors and occasional pitfalls that could arise. As seen on TV, you and your referrals will also find your journey to the settlement table a pleasurable experience with me by your side, leading the way. In addition to decades of licensing continuing education, my expertise as a designated (SRS) Seller Representative, an (ABR) Accredited Buyers Representative, a (CNHS) Certified New Home Specialist, a (RRS) Residential Remodeling Specialist, (RCC) Residential Construction Certified, and (AHWD) At Home With Diversity certified, are a few of my professional credentials that denote my commitment to the highest level of skills and relevant services afforded to my clients. You can also rely on my other special expertise and experience I've gain throughout my career as a licensed Insurance Public Adjuster, licensed Notary Public, Apostille Agent, and Mortgage Loan Officer. Along with a B.S. in Hospitality Management, previously managing hotels and food service establishments, and decades as a landlord, business owner, and investor, you will find my advisement and familiarity with multiple aspects of real estate to be an invaluable benefit. Besides my dedication to my work, loving family, and friends, I am an active member of several charities and community organizations.
