Ken Evans is a native of Front Royal and became a licensed agent in 2002. Ken was inducted into the Blue Ridge Board of Realtors "Hall of Fame" in 2008 and has been recognized as a top producer ever since. Ken's clients would say he's honest to a fault, very personable, has a good sense of humor, is knowledgeable and puts them at ease with his "no pressure sales."
Ken is hardworking, loyal and dedicated to assisting his clients with one of life's largest purchases. Ken is passionate about people and takes great care with each transaction to ensure his clients are impressed with his service. In 2019, Ken has closed 17.4 Million in Sales and 74 Properties, 95% of those properties sold in Warren County or within a 25 mile radius. Ken has lived and worked in Warren County his entire life. He knows the area and knows real estate.
Ken is extremely active in the community and involved with his family. He is part of the Rotary Club, the Chamber of Commerce, Business Network International, Warren County Builders Association, Warren County Humane Society, Chair Fundraisers for Warren County Marching Wildcats & Warren County Athletic Association Sponsors. Ken is the father of four amazing children and completely dedicated to his family's sporting events, school activities and social activities.
