Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Ken worked with a local contractor building homes from 1990 -1994 before he moved to San Luis Obispo to attend Cal Poly. After graduating from Cal Poly with a degree in City & Regional Planning, he moved back to Santa Barbara to begin his real estate career, becoming licensed in 2000. In 2003, Ken moved back to San Luis Obispo, where he married his wife and together had three children. For the past 26 years, Ken has represented hundreds of happy property owners in selling and buying their homes.
