Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you'll ever make. My job is to make that process smoother, less stressful, and more successful. I offer a unique combination of experience few Realtors can provide. I’ve spent nearly 40 years buying, renovating, and investing in real estate, along with over a decade helping buyers and sellers in the Dayton area. My background in digital marketing allows me to market homes differently—using technology and targeted advertising to maximize exposure and attract qualified buyers. Whether you're upgrading, downsizing, relocating, or investing, my focus is simple: negotiate aggressively, communicate honestly, and help you make informed decisions. Relocation is an area of expertise. I regularly assist families and professionals transferring to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and maintain relationships with trusted Realtors nationwide to ensure seamless moves. My roots here run deep. My wife, Elizabeth, taught in the Centerville City School District for 35 years, and we raised our three daughters here. I am deeply familiar with the neighborhoods, schools, and communities that make this area a great place to call home. I am an e-PRO® certified Realtor, a member of the National Association of Realtors, and a 5-Star Zillow Premier Agent. I also maintain a 5-Star Google rating because every client deserves prompt communication and exceptional service. If you’re thinking about buying or selling, I’d appreciate the opportunity to earn your trust. Kelly Nation RE/MAX Alliance 📞 937-609-5852 🌐 SouthDaytonHomes.com
