Hi, I'm Kelly. It's nice to meet you!
Not only am I a real estate agent specializing in KC Northland properties, I have more than 20 years experience as a residential, commercial and multi-family property investor.
I have extensive experience as a home renovator and have “flipped” more than 20 homes in the KC area. As a home renovator and real estate investor, I've learned a great deal about what homes are worth, what upgrades generate the most return, but most of all, I've gained a deep understanding for how a real estate transaction works, from start to finish.
With my 20+ years of experience as a real estate investor, I've personally experienced two major real estate cycles. And with an educational background that includes a Masters in Economics, you can trust that I have the experience and the knowledge to help guide you as you make what could be the biggest investment of your life.
In our real estate relationship, I wear many hats:
