In addition to my professional background, I bring real-world real estate experience as both a short-term rental owner and home renovator. Having owned and managed successful STR properties, I understand the investment side of real estate, property performance, guest appeal, and market trends. I’ve also been involved in flipping homes, giving me firsthand knowledge of renovations, value-added improvements, and what buyers are truly looking for in today’s market.
