So much more than just an agent, Kayla holds a master's degree in business, and has a mind for problem-solving. Choosing to make real estate her industry, the last decade has seen her run and own a few award winning boutique brokerages and teams, start the successful land development company: High Pointe Land, and help hundreds of buyers and sellers under the philosophy that real estate agents can and should be better. Kayla speaks regularly in the real estate and builder communities on the often-fraught relationship between builders and realtors. She has also consulted for many local and regional home builders, creating and supporting their sales and marketing programs. And is regularly sought out to create and lead new construction sales training programs for agents by both builders and real estate teams and brokerages. Kayla holds her Real Estate Broker’s license in both MN and WI. She is also a licensed builder in MN. She is an adjunct faculty member at Metropolitan State University, Board Member of the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors, a member of the Housing First MN Project Committee, and Chairman of the Board of local charity, Emerge Mother’s Academy. Kayla is an award-winning realtor licensed with Re/Max Results. She has recently been named the state’s youngest female developer.
