A Texas Tech grad, Kay began her successful business career in Texas in the oil and gas industry. She purchased her first condo in Destin in 1988, moved to the Emerald Coast full-time in 1996, and began selling real estate here in 1997. Kay quickly found her niche working with buyers in the condo, second home, and luxury markets. Kay has earned the Certified Residential Specialist and Accredited Buyer Representative designations, as well as having achieved membership in the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame.
