Hello. My name is Katie Whitney, and I hope I'll be your realtor soon. I've been in the business over 25 years, and I believe my experience, business contacts, and technical knowledge will prove valuable when it comes to getting your home on the market, or buying a home. I'm happy to help you with that first step, and each move thereafter. I earned my real estate license in 1992, and I've been a full-time realtor, ever since. I work with both buyers and sellers. I specialize in vintage homes. But new construction and other classifications of real estate often come into play. On a personal note, I enjoy time with my grown-up daughter and my grandson, Oliver, who is almost five. I also like to take my dachshund for walks in the neighborhood. Or is it the other way around? I find that having a dog is a great way to meet people. My other hobbies I enjoy are gardening and cooking. I enjoy trying out a new recipe, or finding someone just the right home.
