About Me
Kathy has spent over three decades excelling in the competitive landscape of Bethany/Fenwick/Rehoboth/Lewes and surrounding areas of real estate, establishing a reputation as a well respected and innovative agent.
Kathy was born and raised outside of the Washington, DC area, and spent many years vacationing in Bethany Beach. After 41 years of marriage, raising two lovely daughters and still going strong, she still loves life at the beach!
In addition to Kathy’s dedication and real estate background, she is also committed to the community. She has served as Past President of Sussex County Habitat for Humanity and Board of Directors 2012-2018, Lead several of the Women’s Build, Past President of the Sussex County Association of Realtors Foundation Board, Past President of her neighborhood Board, and volunteered for several years at her Church in Bethany as a Sunday school teacher overseeing the second grade class. She also received the Delaware Association of Realtor and Sussex County Association of Realtor – “Good Neighbor Award” for her extensive involvement in the community. She has earned the Hall of Fame award within the Remax network, and listed as 9th in Delaware with commissions earned as an Individual Agent.
Helping others is what I enjoy most in both my professional career and my personal commitments. As a long- time resident of Delaware, I have valuable knowledge and history of the area and a desire to make my home, your home!
