Kathy Barnes has been a Realtor since 2020 recently joining while working for the Sheriff’s Office for 14+ years. Kathy found a passion for helping friends and neighbors from her church find a home in her community. Taking this as a sign and inspiration to educate herself and grow to enabling her to provide more people a chance of finding a home in Southwest Florida. She puts in hard work and effort to help find exactly what her clients are looking for, putting their needs and preference first. Kathy is patient and committed in the search and keeps a constant communication and transparency between her clients. Kathy’s dedication with clients is admirable. Kathy is a native to the Southwest Florida area with her husband and four children, giving her the unique and familiar perspective of the area. Kathy became a Realtor to help others who have an appreciation and love for the community as she does. Her intimate knowledge of the region is what strives her to make her home, your home.
