I have been a realtor for 8 years. I hit the ground running. I received the rising star award, and executive in year one, and I have achieved Master’s club status. I absolutely adore Real Estate, and I am honored to be so trusted. I have clients that return over and over, and become friends. I work in Nevada County, Placer County, Yuba County, Sutter County, and Sacramento. Bu have also been know to travel wherever my clients need me. I am very direct and honest, my clients appreciate that. When you are dealing with such a large investment, homes full of memories, as well as future homes, there is no other way to be. I like my clients to be in possession of all the information, to make informed decisions. I love challenges. I will represent properties that other agents have been unable to sell, and get the job done. I like to give each client the special attention they deserve on each transaction. I sell residential, commercial, ranches, land, anything you need, please give me a call. I find it exciting, and enjoy being a part of such a large transition in people’s lives. I take pride in being able to take the stress off of the client, and to send them off, to the next adventure in their lives. I am equally pleased to find them their new future here. If you are looking to buy or sell, I would love to help! I can be reached at kathylovesRE@gmail.com, or by phone at 530-264-6305.
