About Me
Katy joined the Bridge Team in 2004 and obtained her real estate license in 2010. Katy’s primary focus is on the listing side of the business as she manages the many steps in the listing process. Katy works with our Sellers from the start and will coordinate any work that might be needed to get the property ready for sale. This may include painting, cleaning, or handyman repairs. She also will make an appointment with the stager, install a lock box, take notes and measurements for marketing materials, coordinate the photographer, review showing instructions and input property information into the MLS. As a licensed team member, Katy can show homes, prepare contract materials, schedule appointments and address most questions and concerns on both the Buying and Selling sides of the business. She tracks contract dates and deadlines, communicates with the Lender and Title Company as closing approaches, and prepares each file for closing. As the Bridge Team Operations Manager, she will work closely with the entire team - and YOU - to ensure a smooth transaction as well as manage the multitude of in-office tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Katy is a Denver native and a Colorado State University Alum. She enjoys time outside of the office with her husband, three children, many pets, and her large extended family.
