I have lived in Santa Clarita, California for over 40 years. I'm currently Risk Management Director for REMAX of Valencia, Santa Clarita and Gateway. I review all files in our paperless system Skyslope, I help agents keep updated on laws, changes, forms and help with verbiage for contracts. I'm on call to answer agents and assistants questions. I have horses and know a great deal about ranch/rural properties. I have handled and help closed hundreds of deals, having been a TC for top producers and a Buyers Agent for many years. .We treat our clients like family. We take great pride in sitting down with clients to explain all details of a transaction. We put clients needs first and I feel we are in the people business, not the real estate business.
