About Me
Kathleen is a high-energy Realtor who absolutely loves working with her customers through their real estate transactions. Kathleen grew up in Coral Gables, Florida, where her passions were sailing, fishing, and horseback riding. She launched her professional career as a Personal Trust Administrator for Southeast Bank of Miami. Her banking career led her into Commercial Lending. As Vice President, she worked with developers and builders on commercial and residential projects.
Kathleen enjoys community involvement which has included Main Street USA (revitalizing downtown areas) and affordable housing initiatives. When the economic recession hit in the late 80's, Kathleen became the real estate expert in the management, sale and disposition of a nearly 30 million dollar loan portfolio for a local Commercial Bank. By the time she departed her Commercial Banking career, her bank was ranked in the top three for loan quality, up from the 3rd worst bank, in the statewide organization.
Kathleen knows Gainesville, Florida! Her breadth of experience, perseverance, and tenacity result in a smooth, successful home selling or buying experience. She personally witnessed and participated in the growth of this area. She raised her family here. Her excellent connections with contractors, builders, engineers, surveyors, lenders and repair individuals provide a great service to her customers. Her mission is to provide excellent service coupled with a great education for her customers to empower them for success in their real estate transactions.
