About Me
My name is Kathera Nicolay, I have been a Realtor since 2006! I love selling real estate for so many reasons: I love helping people, I enjoy teaching/explaining the ins and outs of real estate, and I love the flexibility that I get with this job. I am married to my husband Bob of almost 20 years and we have 2 children together. Bryce, our oldest, is a senior in high school and plays baseball. He will be heading to University of Missouri - St. Louis in the fall to major in Business while playing baseball for the UMSL Tritons. Hailey, our youngest, will begin high school next year and plays softball. Hailey is also very committed to church and enjoys serving at church as much as she enjoys softball. We also have 2 Boston Terriers, Maverick and Remi, that we love with all of our hearts. Back to real estate, I sell in almost all areas of St. Louis and the surrounding counties. I split my business with both buyers and sellers, including first time home buyers. I also have a background in new construction. I have a lot of resources that I love to share, everything from contractors to knowledge.
