Kate is a native of South Florida. After graduating from Cardinal Gibbons High School, Kate attended the University of Central Florida, where she completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. After graduation, she earned her real estate salesperson license in 2005.

She is also Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsed by the National Association of Realtors. She serves as a Regional Board Member for Broward, Palm Beaches, and St. Lucie Realtors. She is also a Board Member for Florida Realtors. She also serves on association committees at both the state and local level.
Kate lives in Fort Lauderdale with her husband and two children.
