Kate Marrone
Broker Associate
Kate Marrone partners with both buyers and sellers, guiding second home owners and local residents through every step of their real estate journey. With deep knowledge of Summit County, she specializes in the vibrant mountain communities of Breckenridge, Frisco, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Dillon, and Silverthorne. Her experience spans a wide range of property types, including vacant land, partial ownership opportunities, condominiums, townhomes, and single family residences. Whether clients are searching for a weekend retreat, an investment property, or a full time home, Kate brings insight, dedication, and a personalized approach to each transaction. Beyond real estate, Kate embraces the mountain lifestyle she represents. She spends her free time skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, camping, and fishing, while also enjoying gardening, traveling, and photography.
