🏡 Real Estate Savvy Meets Creative Vision: My path into real estate started long before I ever thought about selling it. With more than a decade of experience in residential income investment and property management, I learned the business from the ownership side first—understanding what makes a property perform, how to navigate the realities of management, and the value of strong relationships along the way. 🎓 A Creative Foundation: With a degree in multimedia and a longtime passion for photography and design, I’ve always been drawn to the visual side of things—architecture, interiors, marketing, and the art of showing a property at its absolute best. Turns out, houses make pretty cooperative subjects. 📸 Where Creativity Met Real Estate: In 2019, those two worlds officially collided when I began working alongside longtime Chico real estate leaders––The Depa Team.. What started as photography and marketing grew into a role as Creative Director, giving me the opportunity to help shape the branding, marketing, and presentation behind hundreds of real estate transactions while learning the business from one of my greatest mentors. 🔑 From Behind the Lens to Across the Table: Eventually, I realized I didn’t just want to market real estate—I wanted to represent the people buying, selling, and investing in it. Becoming a REALTOR® was a natural next step, allowing me to combine years of investment experience, creative marketing, local knowledge, and a decidedly non-cookie-cutter approach to the business. 💡 Today: That journey has taken me from behind the camera to brokerage ownership and leadership at RE/MAX of Chico, while continuing to work in partnership with my longtime mentor, Steve Depa. I bring a little bit of everything I’ve learned along the way to the table—investment perspective, marketing strategy, project management, creative problem-solving, and a genuine appreciation for the fact that no two properties, transactions, or clients are ever quite the same.
