Karen Simmons
Associate
Karen cannot wait to help you buy or sell! She understands the aspects of buying and selling in Southern Maryland. She herself is a military spouse and has personally went though all the relocations. She knows the difficulty of finding a house in the small amount of time given for house hunting leave. Karen was a teacher in the county for over ten years, so has inside knowledge if school districts are important in your decision. Karen grew up in a suburb of Baltimore and first moved to St. Mary's in 2000 and has seen the huge growth of the county within that time. She likes to give back to the community in many ways through youth sports coaching and helping with animal rescues. Karen received her Bachelor's degree from Catawba College and Master's degree from East Carolina University. Please reach out to her and see all she has to offer for your home buying or selling needs.
