For over two decades Karen has been moving buyers and sellers, turning their real estate dreams in reality. With a powerhouse background of generational skilled carpenters, thermal system contractors, and investment acquisitions, she has a deeper understanding of the mechanical and physical workings of a home. Karen purchased her first multi family property at age 19 with her fiance'. Together they used sweat equity to paint, repair and update the apartments for income. The next project was another 2 unit property and the same hard work applied. Multiple larger investments were on the plate within the next several years. This molded Karen into who she is today; crafty, skilled, driven and motivated to share her experiences. Today she thrives on sharing her background in real estate with new homebuyers who need direction and expertise; to the investor who wants advice and the aged population who needs patience and validation. As a veteran property investor, she developed a certain intuition that transfers to all aspects of real estate to help clients see "The Big 5" Reality Check: Roof, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Foundation. She bridges the gap between emotional excitement and the harsh reality of an asset. Her family is vastly growing with 3 children, 2 married, and 2 grandbabies who all love the outdoors and have a passion for snow skiing, off road mountain biking, paddle boarding and boating. Homeownership and family stability are cyclical. A stable home environment fosters better educational and emotional outcomes for children, which in turn builds the next generation of capable homeowners. Karen wants to be a part of that structure for the next home owner.
