I’ve been a licensed Realtor since 2018 and have worked in real estate for more than 15 years. I grew up in the Dayton area and returned with my family in 2004. I love Dayton and have a deep understanding of the local real estate market. Before real estate, I earned a marketing degree from Miami University and worked as a buyer for Lazarus and Macy’s. That background in pricing, negotiation, and market strategy allows me to help my clients make confident, well-informed decisions. In 2022, I partnered with my longtime mentor and friend, Pat Bradley-Falke, to form The Bradley-Falke & Gump Team. Together, we built a full-service real estate team rooted in experience, thoughtful strategy, and client trust. Today, more than 95% of our business comes from referrals—something I’m incredibly proud of.
