Hi! I'm Karen Cusenza, a passionate full time, full service real estate agent in South Florida, helping you live where everyone else vacations. The year 2002 was the beginning of my Real Estate career in Palm Beach County. As a native Floridian who has lived in Palm Beach County since 1984. I've lived in the western communities for more than 25 years before moving to Palm Beach Gardens in 2009. The Palm Beach Gardens area is especially great because of our easy ocean access, world-class fishing, endless golf courses and upscale shopping areas and fine dining. There really is something for everyone. I am a people person and I love to help others realize the American dream of home ownership. I have over 21 years of experience in the real estate industry and have successfully put together hundreds of real estate purchases and sales at RE/MAX Direct. I know my market extremely well. I work in Palm Beach County, Martin and Saint Lucie Counties and have sold over $75M+ worth of residential real estate. I have sold my listings in those same markets and have achieved unparalleled results for my clients. I know the communities, the homeowners and condominium associations, and amenities offered. It is important to me to know these things so I can better assist my clients. As a professional licensed full-service real estate agent, it is my goal to do my utmost to make sure my client's expectations are met and exceeded. My over 21 years of real estate experience has taught me so much. I pride myself on my professionalism. I listen to my customers. I am diligent, reliable, and extremely proficient. I go the extra mile to find the right home for my customer or sell their home at the highest market price. I am constantly reviewing market and negotiation strategies to assist my clients as their consummate agent. If you are in the market to sell, purchase, or rent a property. Karen Cusenza is the only phone call you need to make. Contact her to today! (561) 719-5637
