My name is Karen Courtney, and I am a dedicated and results-driven REALTOR® with nearly 27 years of experience. As a lifelong resident of this community, I have extensive knowledge of the real estate market across Cabarrus, Rowan, Iredell, Mecklenburg, Caldwell, Union, and Stanly Counties. I understand that buying or selling a home is both a financial decision and an emotional journey. I'm known for my patience, attention to detail, and tireless work ethic. I believe my success stems from my faith and the many blessings God has bestowed upon me, values that I bring into every client relationship. Over the years, I have been honored to be a consistent top producer, earning induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2008 and receiving the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018. These recognitions reflect my commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my adult children, who are my pride and joy. I am passionate about fitness; working out at the gym keeps me focused and energized. I also love being outdoors, fishing, and staying connected to the community I have always called home. Whether you are buying land, your first home, selling to expand, or navigating a new season of life, you can count on The Courtney Group to guide you every step of the way with experience, strong negotiation skills, honesty, and genuine care.
