Helping you feel confident every step of the way—whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading, or ready to sell. After earning my degree in Communications & Public Relations from Slippery Rock University, I began my real estate career in 2016, where my passion for working with people really took off. With 10+ years in customer service and a background in lending, I bring a well-rounded, real-world approach to every transaction. As a longtime local, I know the Butler County area well and take a client-first approach in everything I do. I believe real estate is more than just a transaction—it’s about building relationships, understanding your goals, and making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible from start to finish. Proud to serve clients across Western Pennsylvania with honesty, local expertise, and a commitment to getting results. Member of NAR, Butler County Association of Realtors, and West Penn MLS. 📞 724-272-4778 📧 kailapyles@remax.net
