I have been a top producing Realtor for the past 15 years and specialize in working with buyers and sellers with property transactions in Elgin & Lawton OK and the surrounding areas. I joined RE/MAX Professionals in late 2017. Most recently in 2018-2021, I was ranked in the Top 5 Agents for RE/MAX in not just her local area, but for the entire state of Oklahoma. In 2021, I was the Highest Ranked for Individual Transactions with 175 sales totaling over 34 Million Dollars in volume for RE/MAX in the State of Oklahoma. In 2021, Real Trends ranked her #131 out of 250 realtors nationwide and also qualified for "America's Best Real Estate Professionals." In 2020 Julie was ranked 10th for America's Best Realtors 2020 in the entire state of Oklahoma by Newsweek.
I work hard to provide exceptional customer service to all my clients. Utilizing my knowledge of the local market, experience, I do my best to find my Buyers a home within their budget that best suits their needs, or will get my Seller’s home sold quickly at the highest price possible.
I have lived in the Elgin area for the past 25 years with my family along with our fur baby, Jeter. My oldest, Zach is a 2022 graduate of Oklahoma State University. Zane currently attends Oklahoma State University. Zaden is at Elgin Middle School. Zaden is active in a variety of Elgin School programs and sports. I graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science and I have my Master's Degree in Nutrition from the University of Oklahoma.
I am ultra active in the Elgin Community & a few of my passions are:
-Community fund raisers for Elgin School programs
-Participates in Elgin Chamber Christmas Parade
-Sponsorship of Elgin High School Sports
-Provides Scholarship to Graduating Elgin Senior
-Provide free snow cones at Elgin Elementary Meet the Teacher Nights
-Member of Crossroads Baptist Church
-Lead an Elgin group fitness class called GPP
-Member of Lawton Board of Realtors
