Hi, I’m Julia Oellerich—a REALTOR® proudly serving Southwest Wisconsin, including Dodgeville, Mineral Point, Ridgeway, Platteville, Barneveld and beyond. Real estate wasn’t always the plan, but it quickly became the passion. I’ve always loved helping people, and guiding clients through one of the biggest transactions of their lives is something I don’t take lightly. Add in the opportunity to build a business I love, be my own boss, and create something lasting for my family—and real estate just made sense. I bring a hands-on, personalized approach to every transaction. Whether you're buying your first home, selling your longtime property, or investing in something new, I’m here to listen, communicate clearly, solve problems, and make the process as smooth (and even enjoyable!) as possible. Clients describe me as professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and responsive. I offer services like professional photography and video, floor plans, social media marketing, virtual staging, and a network of trusted lenders and local pros. Outside of real estate, I’m a high school gymnastics coach, mom of four, horse lover, and community volunteer. I’m deeply invested in the growth of the communities I serve and believe that when local businesses thrive, we all do. Let’s connect—I’d love to help you take the next step.
