“Changing Lives with Real Estate"
Josh Seymour is a lifelong resident of Delaware County. After graduating from Delaware Hayes High School, he spent 24 years working in a variety of leadership roles in manufacturing, environmental, health and safety fields. He enjoyed training, developing and then seeing staff and customers achieve their goals. During this time, he traveled all over the US, Mexico, South America and Trinidad. While the travel was exciting, Josh desired a career that would allow more time with his family and his volunteer work at SourcePoint. He now enjoys putting his skills and experience to work assisting clients on their real estate journey, while also spending quality time with his family and volunteer efforts.
Josh works with both buyers and sellers. He sells pre-existing homes, building lots, new construction and commercial properties.
