Simply put- Josh Knows Maine.
Having spent a decade living in Portland and Gorham, both Josh and his wife Jody now live in the coastal community of Wells where Josh grew up and Jody teaches 1st grade.

Since joining RE/MAX in 2014, Josh has successfully executed over $60 million in sales volume. Josh has been a recipient of the RE/MAX Executive Club Award and RE/MAX 100% Club Award during 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018 and Platinum Club Award in 2019 & 2020. Josh was ranked the #1 RE/MAX Individual Agent (non-team) in the entire State of Maine by RE/MAX New England for 2020 during the midst of a global pandemic and was named Top 40 Under Age 40 in New England by RE/MAX Integra. In early 2021 Josh, along with co-owners Carolyn Weller and Robert Coles, purchased RE/MAX Realty One from Abigail Douris, Peter Douris and Don Wunder.
As a practicing owner, Josh continues to service clients throughout York County and into Cumberland County, focused primarily from our Wells office, (Josh's home town), where he manages day to day operations for RE/MAX Realty One and its 50+ agents.
