From there, he headed to Colorado and began what became nearly two decades in the ski industry, operating snowcats and shaping terrain in Colorado, Australia, China, and eventually back home at Mammoth. After returning to the Eastern Sierra, Josh put down roots and founded High Sierra Film Support, providing specialized support for film and commercial productions throughout the mountains. That work gave him firsthand knowledge of the region’s communities, terrain, weather, access, and the practical realities of mountain living. Whether a client is buying a Mammoth condo, selling a longtime home, exploring land, or looking for a mountain property, Josh helps them understand the details that make Eastern Sierra real estate unique.
