I proudly call Venice, Florida, my hometown, but all of Southwest Florida feels like home. I currently reside in Punta Gorda and proudly serve clients throughout Charlotte County and South Sarasota County. My background includes working for a major aerospace manufacturer, involvement in residential real estate since 2002, and more than 12 years as a licensed Home Inspector. As a Master Inspector with over 4,500 inspections completed, I bring a unique understanding of homes that benefits both buyers and sellers. To avoid any conflict of interest, I never inspect properties I represent as a Realtor. Licensed as a Florida Realtor since 2019, I’ve earned the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) and CELA (Certified Expert Listing Agent) designations, along with several additional certifications. I’m also an FAA-certified drone pilot, providing professional aerial photography and imaging for my listings. I’m proud to have earned the RE/MAX 100% Club Award in 2022, 2023, and 2025.
