Living in Prescott is a breath of fresh air and I love it here. It's beautiful with a 4 season mild climate. The Town Square and Whiskey Row are the town jewels and the mountains and lakes make this place just gorgeous. I always say, "The people here are just as beautiful as the town". I was raised in Chula Vista, CA and relocated to Prescott from Pt. Loma, San Diego. Prior after spending 15 years in Aerospace Mfg. Engineering, I retired from Aerospace at 39 and have been in real estate as a Re/max Broker Owner, Broker Associate or Realtor ever since. I really love working with people in finding their dream home or people that are selling and moving on to another home. Its very rewarding that many of my clients have become good friends. "I still stay in contact with my first home buyer in Utah from 1994 now living in St. George." I believe in a team effort and my wife Martha assists me with my open houses and Spanish speaking clients. I have 45 years experience in total investing in real estate with 30 years as a Broker or Agent actively selling. Having good lenders to recommend both with traditional home loans and with "reverse mortgage loans" is a good arrow to have in the quiver. I have an array of good contractors I recommend such as handymen, Plumbers, electricians etc. Even though Markets tend to swing up or down Prescott seems to hold stronger than our big city's. In 2019 Sunset Magazine rated Prescott Az. the #1 town in the U.S. to retire. After living here its easy to see why.
