About Me
I was born and raised in the Wabash Valley, where my parents, both teachers, taught me to appreciate the value hard work. After graduating from Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Music/Business, my career path included success in sales, marketing, advertising and business management in the publishing and retail musical instrument industries in Indiana and North Carolina.
When I decided to take a plunge into the the printing industry, many around me may have thought I had lost my mind when I acquired a defunct Terre Haute printing company. Twenty plus years later I was able to look back and count my blessings for the countless relationships formed while growing the business to unimaginable success. I’m proud to also have had the opportunity to complete an award winning historic renovation of my downtown building that housed the business. During this time, I was elected to two terms as a City Councilman, and served as President of the City Council twice.
After selling the printing business, I began my real estate career at Coldwell Banker Troy Helman Realtors, where I was able to combine my entrepreneurial work ethic and negotiating skills to help enough people with their real estate needs to have been recognized for production ranked in the top 2% of all Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. I then switched to RE/MAX R.E.A. in Terre Haute in August 2018 where I've had the opportunity to help even more people with real estate and have consistently been a top producer, earning Platinum awards multiple years in a row. This past year I received the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award (I'll be honest, that makes me feel kinda old). I'm most proud though of being recognized by my Wabash Valley real estate peers and voted Realtor of the Year for 2022.
